NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation in the Scioto County Democratic Party Fair Drawing (“Contest”) constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Contest is sponsored by the Scioto County Democratic Party. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, The Kroger Co., ONN, Roku, or any other prize brand referenced herein.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. No purchase or contribution is required to enter or win. Individuals need not be registered Democrats or affiliated with the Democratic Party to participate.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete an official entry form available at the Scioto County Democratic Party booth during the Scioto County Fair operating hours. A valid entry form must include the participant’s name and a working telephone number for prize notification purposes. Participants may optionally provide a t-shirt size for the purpose of receiving additional promotional items, subject to availability, and/or an email address to receive the Party’s newsletter. Providing an email address is not required for entry or for winning. Completed entry forms must be deposited into the official entry receptacle located at the booth.

Drawings and Notification: Daily prize drawings will be conducted at approximately 6:00 PM local time on each day of the fair. One (1) daily prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that day. Each daily prize consists of one (1) twenty-five dollar ($25) Kroger gift card. The grand prize drawing for one (1) 32-inch ONN Roku television will be conducted following the conclusion of the fair from among all eligible entries received during the fair. Winning a daily prize does not disqualify a participant from winning the grand prize. Winners will be notified via the telephone number provided on the entry form and may also be announced on the Scioto County Democratic Party’s official social media platforms.

Prize Claiming: Daily prize winners must claim their prize in person at the Scioto County Democratic Party booth by 7:00 PM on the day of the drawing or on any other day during the fair that the booth is open, between the hours of 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, from Monday, August 4, 2025 through Saturday, August 9, 2025. Any daily prize not claimed by the close of the fair on Saturday, August 9, 2025 will be considered a donation back to the Scioto County Democratic Party and will be used to support Party activities, which may include, but are not limited to, the purchase of candy for the River Days Parade. The grand prize winner will be contacted to arrange a mutually agreeable time for pickup. The grand prize must be claimed and picked up no later than August 31, 2025. Failure to claim the grand prize within this period will result in forfeiture, and the prize will be considered a donation back to the Scioto County Democratic Party. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be permitted.

Privacy: The personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and for prize notification purposes. Email addresses provided voluntarily will be added to the Scioto County Democratic Party newsletter list, from which recipients may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. The Scioto County Democratic Party will not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal information with third parties.

General Conditions: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Scioto County Democratic Party reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest, or to disqualify any participant, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Party’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Party in its sole discretion. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes permission for the Scioto County Democratic Party to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
